Hey there. I'm a certified nutrition and fitness specialist and co-owner of Fullbody Workhouse with nearly 10 years experience in the fitness industry.

In terms of fixing problem and how it's helped me - yeah, it's great. As I said, I hadn't a clue how to exercise properly or what to do. Even in terms of diet, it's just great for that. It's just really helped me and I feel like I'm actually achieving what I wanted to achieve now. And I'm really well on my way to achieving my goal.
The programs - I can't recommend them highly enough. They're just brilliant! There's nothing to not like about it. The programs are great.
The other people there training are just really great for encouraging each other - it's just fantastic.
The coaches are just unreal. Super, super patient and helpful - just really good motivators, just unreal.

"All I can say is positive things about FBW. Growing up, I hated gyms. I found them boring and I thought weight training made you big and slow.I play GAA with my local club in Co Galway. In 2016, I noticed I was picking up little injuries and physically I was not able to perform at the level that was required. The game was changing and I knew I had to change.
I met with Cathal of FBW and explained what I was looking for as part of my training, but also stressing I had no knowledge of weight training. He introduced me to the semi private sessions on offer at FBW. I found this as a great introduction to weight training as well as getting a top class workout. I found the results amazing. My body is now stronger and I have not picked up a single injury since joining.
Since then, I now only have the knowledge and confidence to do my own specific personal programmes which the staff at FBW have done up for me. All of which are specific to my chosen sport.
During the winter months as well as doing my own program, I try to get into their sessions as they are physically demanding, but offer massive benefits and results. I never thought that when I joined I would find myself in a gym all year round, but with the level of professionalism and equipment on offer at FBW, it's hard to take a break! I turn 36 next year, but I now feel stronger and fitter than I ever have thanks to the level of training I receive at FBW.

"I've been going to Fullbody for 4 years. Before this, I tried everything but stuck at none of it!
Once I started with Fullbody, I felt that I had found what worked for me. The interest the instructors take, pushing us on and encouraging us to do as much as we can. The atmosphere in the gym is so welcoming, there is always a friendly face there, either trainer or other clients. The facilities are just brilliant. So much space and equipment, we are always challenged and never bored. We never know exactly what torture awaits us, but always leave smiling!
I am not a sporty person, or a gym bunny by any means, but I can't imagine not going to Fullbody Workhouse now. It's changed my attitude to exercise, food, and it such a boost to mental health.

"I was so nervous about going back to the gym after having a baby as I was out for long (over a year) and nervous about going to a new gym, but I needn't of been, as I felt so welcome from the start. I was 8 weeks postpartum and explaining to the staff what I could and couldn't do, and was listened to. I was also not held back, I was encouraged. It's the only gym I have been consistent with, as I genuinely do enjoy it - even at 6:15 with a new baby 😂
